North of Rosedale, Allandale is located between Anderson Lane (North), North Loop / Hancock Blvd (South), Burnet Road (East), and MoPac (West). Allandale includes an area just south of Allandale Road (between Allandale Road and Hancock Blvd) which is actually considered Central Austin, but since most homes are located in North Central Austin, we’ve listed Allandale here.

Crestview is often combined with the Brentwood neighborhood and referred to as Brentwood / Crestview. Crestview really is its own distinct neighborhood though, and the Crestview boundaries are Anderson Lane (North), Justin Lane (South), Burnet Road (East), and North Lamar (West).
